This office building was designed to fit in with the Santa Margarita Design Guidelines. Santa Margarita has a historical nature as it is one of the old railroad towns of San Luis Obispo and has an "old west" theme. We took some of the historical elements and added a contemporary twist with the facade and colors. A wine company eventually leased the building and made it their corporate headquarters.
